| Brothers & Sisters in Christ/ Family & Friends, Greetings in the name of Jesus. I hope all of you are doing well during this strange year. Many things are different now from the way they were last year, but we have stability in the Lord always. I am still working in the US. I planned to go back to Brazil in January for a few weeks, but I need to postpone that for a while. So I started training in November to be a truck driver because I was not making great progress at getting finances in good order for future ministry in Brazil. I have spent this past year separated from my family working here and I am making some progress at getting finances in order. But if the Lord wills, I will start progressing much more quickly at getting finances in order as a truck driver. I hoped the book I wrote would help with finances, but it never did help much at all. But I had student loans to pay and some other things to pay here. Finally, when I did not see the Lord open doors while in Brazil, I knew I needed to return and get my finances in order by working here. I don’t consider it wise or just to take money people are investing for missions, (even though part of this could be understood as a salary), and use large quantities of this for student loans and other such things. If the book the Lord gave me produced big income, I could use that money as I thought appropriate, but that didn’t happen. Anyway, I will keep working until finances are in good order. After that, I will think about the place of offerings to support work in Brazil. For now, I am here in the US and hoping the Lord will open some doors. So my prayer requests are for finances to be brought into order quickly and for my wife and daughter from whom I’ve been separated for almost a year. I trust those who are on this missions list to help me and my family and to support us in prayer; because as I have said several times, I am not receiving offerings right now; and now you all know why. So please pray that I finish the training in early January and that I will get the right job the Lord wants me to have and that finances will come into good order very quickly.
