Brothers & Sisters in Jesus, Family & Friends,

Greetings in the name of Jesus. Be blessed in all things.

Here we are already making our way through this year. Last month was slow and we didn’t do much ministry. This month has been the same way so far. When we did go and minister in the homes to the youth there, they were glad to see us because it had been awhile. As I mentioned previously, many have come to know Jesus and it would really help if we came back another time in the week and ministered to the new believers to help them grow in the Lord. I look forward to the time that things can work better for us so that we can do these things. Thank you for your prayers and support. Please continue to pray for this, that our work can get better established and that we can fulfill all the vision the Lord has for us here.

I believe all of the struggles we face in our relationship with the Lord have the end of bringing us to a greater dependence on Him. Sometimes, we can get caught up in the immediate challenges of this life and lose sight of the Lord’s ultimate purpose in our lives – that we trust Him in such a way that He is intimately involved in all of our affairs and the things we do in this life. The struggles of this life do not compare with the time ahead of being forever with the Lord. How much better it is to get this understood and learn how to live in this place of trust with the Lord! The Lord promises many things to those who trust Him. (This includes “believe in Him,” as we see promised in the gospel of John, as well as the many promises in Psalms for those who trust in the Lord, and elsewhere in other places in scripture.) I hope this attention on trust brings you back to a hunger for a more intimate relationship with Jesus.

Please continue to pray for us. I have a niece in the hospital still. There are also a few other health challenges in front of us. Also, please pray for the right doors to open for “tentmaker” work here or for whatever else the Lord may want to do so that we have all the resources for our personal lives that we need and also for the church and ministry we came here to plant.

Thank you once again for all your prayers and support. Be blessed. We love you in Jesus.
